Our three-year Management Training Program is carefully crafted and run because we have a specific goal in mind: your success.

In Year 1, you learn how we manufacture a product from processing through to assembly. In Year 2, you learn how we ensure a quality product from an engineering and supervisory perspective. In Year 3, you learn how we interact with customers, how we design a lighting product to meet customer needs and how we manage customer relationships.

Upon completion of the training period in each specific area or department, you are assigned to a process improvement project. You are expected to complete the project and make a presentation of the results to the management of the facility to which you have been assigned. Successful completion of the project is necessary in order to advance in the development process.

Through it all, you receive cooperation and support from top to bottom. And when you’ve completed the program, you’ll have an excellent working knowledge of our company and where you can best contribute.
