Our Quality and Launch Management group is made up of two separate areas: the Quality area and the Program Management area. The Quality area establishes and oversees our quality policies and programs in our facilities and with our suppliers. The Program Management area provides oversight of the launch of new products through management of cross-functional launch or core teams.
