PARIS, IL (December 28, 2020) – Recently, Indiana State University’s (ISU) Board of Trustees approved the naming in perpetuity of the North American Lighting (NAL) Student Success Center in the College of Technology.

NAL says they are excited about the naming rights for the North American Lighting Student Success Center where College of Technology students have a place to study, meet with tutors, hold student organization meetings, connect with academic offices, and attend career readiness workshops. NAL believes the Student Success Center will help them expand their corporate footprint on ISU’s campus and build connections with students.

“Our partnership with the university has been an effective way to engage with many different areas on campus,” said Kirk Gadberry, President and COO of North American Lighting. “As a result of our existing relationship, NAL has seen an increase in brand awareness on campus as well as numerous opportunities to interact with students in a variety of disciplines. These combined outcomes help generate an impressive talent pipeline of ISU students fit for future internship and full-time job opportunities at NAL.”

This new gift to name the North American Lighting Student Success Center is an expansion of the partnership that began in 2018 supporting a variety of ISU initiatives.

ISU’s Board of Trustees met on December 11, 2020 to review and approve the naming rights.
