Plant Shutdown Schedules

(March 20, 2020) – We have confirmed with our customers that they will be taking time out of their production schedules, therefore we are adjusting our manufacturing operations beginning tomorrow, March 21. The schedule for the next week is outlined below for each respective plant.

PARIS, FLORA & SALEM PLANTS:

  • Saturday (3/21) – SHUTDOWN
  • Sunday (3/22) – SHUTDOWN
  • Monday (3/23) – SHUTDOWN
  • Tuesday (3/24) –SHUTDOWN
  • Wednesday (3/25) – LIMITED PRODUCTION
  • Thursday (3/26) – LIMITED PRODUCTION
  • Friday (3/27) – LIMITED PRODUCTION
  • Saturday (3/28) – SHUTDOWN
  • Sunday (3/29) – SHUTDOWN

MUSCLE SHOALS PLANT:

  • Saturday (3/21) – SHUTDOWN
  • Sunday (3/22) – SHUTDOWN
  • Monday (3/23) – SHUTDOWN
  • Tuesday (3/24) –SHUTDOWN
  • Wednesday (3/25) – NEW LAUNCH (PROCESSING DEPT) & SERVICE
  • Thursday (3/26) – NEW LAUNCH (PROCESSING DEPT) & SERVICE
  • Friday (3/27) – NEW LAUNCH (PROCESSING DEPT) & SERVICE
  • Saturday (3/28) – NORMAL SHUTDOWN
  • Sunday (3/29) – NORMAL SHUTDOWN

Other Muscle Shoals teams supporting OEMs will follow the schedule below:

  • Honda Lines: No production Saturday, March 21 – Saturday, March 29.
    • Normal assembly starts at 7am on Monday, March 30.
  • Nissan Lines: No production Saturday, March 21 – Sunday April 5.
    • Normal assembly starts at 7am on Monday, April 6.
  • Toyota Lines: No production Saturday March 21- Sunday, April 5.
    • Normal assembly starts at 7am on Monday, April 6.
  • Processing areas: No production Saturday, March 21 – Saturday, March 28.
    • Normal processing starts at 11pm (Techs 9pm) on Sunday, March 29.
